Zahn Associates and Rianka R. Dorsainvil, CFP®, are happy to announce that the 2050 TrailBlazers Live Review Scholarship is live for the upcoming July 2025 exam cycle. This merit-based scholarship aims to support new and aspiring financial planners in achieving their CFP® certification, equipping the next generation with the skills necessary to excel in this dynamic profession.
2050 TrailBlazers was created to spark conversation in unfamiliar spaces. The lack of diversity and inclusion has impacted the financial services industry and financial planning profession; the podcast and education platform leverages the insights of experienced guests to engage listeners on various topics surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
2050 TrailBlazers serves as a safe space for teaching audiences the why, how, and importance of being an advocate for the betterment of the industry as a whole, steering the conversation towards solutions to move the industry forward.
Scholarship applicants are encouraged to engage with the podcast episodes as part of their application. Applicants should also be actively involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and we are excited to hear about the initiatives they are implementing within their companies or the profession. Additionally, the scholarship recipient will receive a one-hour study strategy session with Rianka!
Huge thank you to Zahn Associates, Inc, who is making this opportunity possible! Check out the ways they are supporting financial professionals and assisting them in their journey to become a CFP® professional by visiting www.kenzahn.com.
So, equifax has me as deceased, and it’s been a complete nightmare. Found out when applying for a loan and the lender said they couldn’t proceed because their system flagged me as dead. Equifax’s customer service was no help — they asked for a bunch of documents to prove I’m alive, including my Social Security card and utility bills. It’s been a slow process to get it corrected, and during that time, I couldn’t get approved for any financial products. It’s crazy how one mistake can cause so much hassle. If Equifax has you as deceased, make sure to stay on top of it, keep following up, and don’t let them dismiss your claim.
