Rianka launched her initial venture, Your Greatest Contribution, in 2015 after transitioning from traditional wealth management. Her vision was clear: to transform how individuals access and engage with financial expertise.
With a pioneering spirit, Rianka introduced a virtual, comprehensive service model that made financial planning accessible regardless of geographic boundaries. This model not only democratized wealth building but also catered to the dynamic needs of a global clientele. From her home base on the East Coast to her clients dispersed worldwide, Rianka’s unwavering commitment ensures that all who partner with her can navigate their financial futures confidently and securely.
EVOLUTION AND GROWTH
In 2020, the firm took a strategic turn by merging with 2050 Wealth Partners, enhancing our technological capabilities and focusing on our core competencies. This partnership allowed us to deepen our commitment to providing personalized, cutting-edge financial solutions.
A NEW CHAPTER
As a mother of two and an established leader, Rianka recently relaunched the firm as YGC Wealth, nodding to her roots while marking a new era of growth and service. The name YGC Wealth is both a homage to our original ethos and a representation of our evolution into a full-spectrum wealth management firm.

Rianka R. Dorsainvil, CFP® is Founder and Senior Wealth Advisor at YGC Wealth. A nationally-recognized and award-winning CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ her approach to financial planning is deeply rooted in the empowerment of first-generation wealth-builders. She has been celebrated as a top financial advisor for multiple consecutive years by Investopedia (most recently in 2023) and Washingtonian Magazine (most recently in 2025), as well as recognized by NerdWallet as a Black Financial Influencer to follow. She serves as a past national president of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) NexGen community and is active on CNBC's Digital Financial Advisor Council and the CFP Board’s Diversity Advisory Group.
As a proud Virginia Tech Hokie, Rianka received the Virginia Tech Black Alumni Award for Outstanding Recent Alumnae in 2018. She was recognized at the 2018 Black Alumni Reunion during a special awards ceremony celebrating her achievements and dedication to excellence. As an extension of Rianka’s commitment to her community and alma mater, she is currently partnering with the Virginia Tech CFP® Program to establish a new annual scholarship dedicated to recent graduates of the program.
As a respected leader in the CFP® community, Rianka is deeply committed to education and supporting the next generation of financial professionals. Through her firm, YGC Wealth, and in partnership with Ken Zahn Live Review, she has proudly offered a triannual scholarship since 2018 to three applicants each year, providing both financial and educational support to help them pursue their CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.
Tae Kneidinger, CFP®
ASSOCIATE WEALTH ADVISOR
Tae Kneidinger, CFP® is an Associate Wealth Advisor at YGC Wealth, where he is driven by a mission to empower individuals to take control of their finances and live their best lives. He’s especially passionate about making financial planning accessible to those who may have once thought this type of guidance was out of reach.
A 2011 graduate of Virginia Tech, Tae has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional since 2015. His career has spanned nearly every corner of the financial advice industry, giving him a well-rounded perspective and deep appreciation for truly comprehensive planning. He’s proud to call YGC Wealth home, where he helps clients define and achieve success on their own terms.
Now based in Chicago since 2023, Tae enjoys exploring the city—especially its vibrant food scene. As a Korean Adoptee, he has a deep connection to Korean culture and finds joy in Korean cooking, music, TV shows, and continuing to learn the language.
