Black women are often told they have to choose between being their authentic self or being successful. Rianaka Dorsainvil believes black women are the leading demographic in becoming entrepreneurs because there is no support in corporate America for black women. As a financial planner, Rianaka believes it's important for black women t to prepare for the day when you have to leave your job.
